AI output can contain errors, omissions, fabricated references, bias or unsafe suggestions. Checks on structure and evidence reduce some failure modes but cannot establish that every claim is accurate. A fluent report or a narrow range is not proof of value.
Asking prices can differ from completed-sale prices. Comparables may be stale, incomplete, manipulated or from another market. Condition, provenance, location, fees, shipping, currency changes, inflation, demand and negotiation can materially affect the final price.
Worthhit does not guarantee an exact value, a profitable transaction, a sale or the accuracy of linked sources. Its output is not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, and is not a certified appraisal.
Inspect and verify before trading
Worthhit cannot authenticate an item, verify ownership, discover hidden defects or determine whether it is safe or legal to sell. It does not verify the identity, honesty or ability to pay of another party.
You remain responsible for independent inspection, source checks, lawful trading and your own decision to buy or sell. Use qualified professional assistance when the item or circumstances call for it. Do not rely on the app to resolve safety, legal, tax or high-value authentication questions.
Availability and provider pricing
Model catalogues and endpoint checks reflect information available at a particular time. Providers can fail, time out, change policies or reach rate limits after a successful check. Continued availability, performance, free access or research pricing is not guaranteed.
Worthhit does not control OpenRouter, model providers, search providers, Google or GitHub. Their own terms and data practices apply. An integration or external link is not a warranty or endorsement of its content or service.
Storage and backups
Drafts, preferences and saved reports live in your browser, not in a Worthhit cloud account. Browser eviction, clearing site data, private browsing, extensions, failed writes or device problems can cause loss. Moving to a different domain does not move existing browser data.
Export reports you want to preserve. Offline caching does not guarantee permanent storage or make remote appraisals available without a network connection. Recovery of deleted local data is not guaranteed.

Limits of responsibility
The application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its contributors do not warrant that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the project and its contributors disclaim liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the application, including loss of data, profits or opportunities.
These limits do not exclude or restrict rights or liability that applicable law says cannot be excluded or restricted. They do not remove a third party’s legal responsibilities or promise that a particular limitation is enforceable in your circumstances.
